Supercars have announced a new TV deal, with full coverage continuing on Fox Sports and Channel 7 providing FTA coverage across 6 events plus the Bathurst 12 hour.

Said to be valued at $200 million over the 5 years, it is of the same value as the current deal. Maintaining value in broadcast contracts is a good sign for the sport.

7 will air events similar to what channel 10 have done, with 7 Plus expected to be part of this. 7 will also air highlights of all rounds.

The deal appears to be good value and a fair split between FTA and subscription.
