Car #22 goes orange thanks to Boost Mobile
James Courtney's car #22 will have a new head turning look at the WD-40 Phillip Island 500 and beyond, with Boost Mobile becoming the major partner on the car for the rest of the year.

The car has the same look but an all new feel thanks to a fluro-orange livery, with Boost Mobile becoming a major partner with Mobil 1 HSV Racing for the remainder of 2017.

They will also have branding on the front winglets and rear spoiler of Scott Pye's car #2 for the season.

The Australian owned company lives and breathes the youth cultural intersections between action sports, motorsports, art and music, offering prepaid services on the Telstra 4G mobile network.

They will help connect the data side of the team, thanks to the outstanding coverage they receive on the Telstra Network.

The new deal also expands on their personal partnership with James Courtney
Mobil 1 HSV Racing Managing Director, Adrian Burgess, is delighted to have Boost on the cars for the rest of the year.

"It's fantastic to have Boost Mobile further the partnership they started with us at the beginning of the year," Burgess said.

"To have Boost Mobile as the major partner on car #22 for the rest of the season is extremely pleasing and exciting for us. We formed a great partnership when we started together at Clipsal, and it's great that they see the value of being with the team, and with the category.

"They are a fantastic company that provide their customers with a great network, price and data packages. It's a real pleasure to have them be a part of it on the track and in the garage.

"We think the car looks amazing, you certainly won't miss it out there."

General Manager of Boost Australia, Jason Haynes, says it's rapt with the new partnership, and the look of the car.

"It's really exciting for Boost Mobile to be teamed up with Mobil 1 HSV Racing for the rest of the year. To be able to extend the relationship to take major positioning on car #22, as well as branding on car #2 is a really great thing for the company," Haynes said.

"We are extremely committed to supporting motorsport and action sports in Australia, so it's great to be on the grid in such a prominent way for the rest of the Supercars season.

"To not only be on the car, but help connect the team in the garage is really pleasing for the company, we know that area is just as important as what happens on track.

"Mobil 1 HSV Racing fans are as loyal and passionate as they come. We are incredibly excited and honoured to be able to work with them to achieve some great things this year, both on and off the track."

Boost Mobile founder, Peter Adderton, is thrilled that their history in the category is continuing.

"Boost Mobile has had a long history in Supercars dating back to our support of Bathurst champion Greg Murphy to the running of the Boost Mobile International Race in 2001," Adderton said.

"To be supporting Mobil 1 HSV Racing's 2017 campaign is huge honour for myself and Boost Mobile. When I met Ryan and Adrian and the team at the AGP I was extremely impressed with the way they operated the team; it was one of the best I had seen.

"Most importantly I was impressed with how they engaged their fans. Our sponsorship is more than just a sign on the car, we will work with the team to use our mobile network and technology to bring the fans even closer to Supercars."

The new livery on car #22 will first be spotted on track at 12:30pm this Friday, April 21, at Phillip Island.
