Kangan institue partnership for Heimgartner and Russell ahead of Sandown 500
Nissan Motorsport announced today that Kangan Institute's Automotive Centre of Excellence (ACE) will become the Naming Rights partner of Andre Heimgartner and Aaren Russell's #7 Nissan Altima entry ahead of this weekend's Rabble.club Sandown 500.

ACE, based in Docklands VIC, is the largest and most advanced automotive training facility in the southern hemisphere. The relationship with Nissan Motorsport extends for many years where a number of automotive students work within the race team during their studies providing industry based training alongside top level Australian Motorsport.

Nick Ryan, General Manager of Nissan Motorsport, highlighted the true benefits of this partnership, "Our association with Kangan Institute is vitally important for the industry and also mutually beneficial.

"Kangan Institute provides strong foundations of learning across a vast range of automotive trades. We work primarily with students from the Motorsport course where every student has the opportunity to work within a leading Supercar Team. This ultimately fast tracks their careers and ready prepares them to play a vital role within our sport.

"We are proud to represent Kangan Institute's Automotive Centre of Excellence as a primary partner at Sandown to showcase the outstanding opportunities that present themselves for anyone considering a career across motorsport or automotive trades."
The extended partnership offering with Nissan Motorsport was a great opportunity for Kangan Institute to drive further exposure around the association.

"We are very excited to be the naming rights partner with Nissan Motorsport representing Kangan Institute. Our partnership with Nissan Motorsport has given our students a unique opportunity to gain work experience and employment within an incredible team. This gives us the opportunity to show the world our connection to the team both behind the scenes and out in front." Joe Ballato, Executive Director of Studies, Kangan Institute.

The PIRTEK Enduro Cup begins on Friday with the traditional Bathurst curtain-raiser, the Rabble.club Sandown 500.

Special thanks with this livery to the Teams supplier partners including PPG Industries, the Official Automotive Paint partner of Nissan Motorsport who proudly provides all paint products used across the Teams Supercars and Graphic Art Mart, the Official print media supplier, for their support with all associated branding.
