Supercars summary of penalties, Winton update 2
STEWARDS SUMMARY OF JUDICIAL OUTCOMES, Update #2 (Final): issued Sunday, 26 May 2019 at 1700hrs.

Matters from Race 14:
Deputy Race Director Incident Determinations
There were no DRD determinations.
Stewards' Decisions Penalties imposed
Following an admission by the Team, the Stewards imposed the Penalties of a Fine in the sum of $3,000 and the Loss of Thirty (30) 2019 Virgin Australia Supercars Teams Championship Points on Chasports Racing Pty Ltd Car #18, for a breach of the Article 5.12.2 of the Event Supplementary Regulations - brake lock mechanism not engaged at all times during Pit Stop before Car was returned to the ground

The Stewards imposed the following Fifteen (15) Time Penalties for Careless Driving breaches;
 Mark Winterbottom Car #18, contact to Car #78 Simona De Silvestro at Turn 1 on Lap 20, - the penalty was served during Car #18 Pit Stop.
 Anton de Pasquale Car #99, contact to Car #15 Rick Kelly at Turn 10 on Lap 21, - the penalty was served during Car #99 Pit Stop.
 Chaz Mostert Car #55, contact to Car #22 James Courtney at Turn 11 on Lap 26, - the penalty was served during Car #55 Pit Stop.
 Jack Le Brocq Car #19, contact to Car #3 Garry Jacobson Simona De Silvestro at Turn 12 on Lap 42, - the penalty was added to Car #19 Race Time.

STEWARDS SUMMARY OF JUDICIAL OUTCOMES, Update #1: issued Sunday, 26 May 2019 at 0830hrs.

Matters from Race 13:
Deputy Race Director Incident Determinations
Following a request from Motorsport Holdings Pty Ltd, the DRD conducted an investigation into an allegation that the Driver of Car #21, Macauley Jones, had made contact to Car #78, Simona De Silvestro, at Turn 7 on Lap1. After reviewing the Judicial Camera footage from Cars #19, #23, #35 and #78, the Hawk Eye footage, and advice from the Driving Standards Advisor, neither Driver was found to be wholly or predominately to blame for the incident. The DRD determined the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards.

Following a request from Motorsport Holdings Pty Ltd, the DRD conducted an investigation into an allegation that the Driver of Car #19, Jack Le Brocq, had made contact to Car #3, Garry Jacobson, at Turn 3 & 4 on Lap 20. After a review of the Hawk Eye vision from Broadcast Camera 3 and 4 as well as advice from the Driving Standards Advisor, neither Driver was found to be wholly or predominately to blame for the incident. The DRD determined the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards.

Following an admission by the Team, the Stewards imposed the Penalties of a Fine in the sum of $3,000 and the Loss of Thirty (30) 2019 Virgin Australia Supercars Teams Championship Points on Brad Jones Racing Pty Ltd Car #4, for a breach of the Article 5.12.2 of the Event Supplementary Regulations - brake lock mechanism not engaged at all times during Pit Stop before Car was returned to the ground.

The Stewards imposed the following time penalties for Careless Driving breaches during the Race;
 Richie Stanaway Car #33 - 15 seconds, contact to Car #78 Simona De Silvestro at Turn 12 on Lap 2, causing Car #78 to spin and lose positions.
 Fabian Coulthard Car #12 15 seconds, contact to Car #17 Scott McLaughlin at Turn 5 on Lap 1, causing Car #17 to leave the track.
 Lee Holdsworth Car #5 15 seconds, contact to Car #99 Anton de Pasquale at Turn 10 on Lap 22, causing Car #99 to spin and lose positions
 David Reynolds Car #9 - 5 seconds, contact to Car #22 James Courtney at Turn 4 on Lap 2, gaining a position

Following a Post-Race investigation by the DRD and after an admission by the Driver of Car #5, Lee Holdsworth, the Stewards imposed a 15 second Post-Race Time Penalty on Car #5 for a breach of Article 2.1 of Schedule B2 (Careless Driving) for contact with Car #3, Garry Jacobson, at Turn 12 on Lap 13 as a result of which Car #3 was pushed off the Race Track surface and lost positions.

For late attendance at the Competitor's and Drivers Briefing, the Stewards imposed the following fines;
 Racing Team (Aust) Pty Ltd, Authorised Team Representative (Ben Croke) - $250
 Racing Team (Aust) Pty Ltd, Driver of Car #17 (Scott McLaughlin) - $250

Following an investigation and admission by Todd Hazelwood Car #35, to a breach of Rule E6.3.2, to maintain control and only use the race track, the Stewards imposed a Fine of $5,000 which $2,500 is suspended until the 31/12/19.
